Delivery

UK FREE Standard Service (Once posted: 1-3 Days)
The FREE UK service is sent via standard Royal Mail. This is a non-recorded service and even though it is highly unlikely, Dark Bunny Tees cannot be held responsible for loss of post or non-delivery. While I will be able to provide proof of posting, any disputes over loss of items will be need to be handled via Royal Mail. A recorded service is always recommended.

UK RECORDED (Signed For)- £3.00 (Once posted: 1-3 Days)
The Royal Mail Signed For service uses a unique tracking number and requires a signature upon delivery.

Due to the ability to track the delivery, this is the recommended service for UK customers.

International Delivery - £6.95 (Once posted: 5-10 days)
All orders sent internationally are done so using the Royal Mail International Signed For service.

This service uses a unique tracking number, which can be used via the Royal Mail online tracking system. This tracks the parcel before it leaves the UK and, while not trackable in transit overseas, this is a recorded, insured service that requires a signature and therefore proof of delivery.

Please be aware that there may be delays at customs which are beyond my control.

If you have ordered an item using the Recorded Service, please select the FREE postal option on any further items you wish to purchase. All items will be sent via the Recorded Service.

International - £1.00 per item
Please select the 'Additional Item' option

Please Note:
While I aim to get orders out within 1-3 days, due to the limited edition nature of my t-shirts, the fact that I am a one man operation and use an independant printers with other client commitments, it may mean some orders are delayed slightly due to re-print requirements. While I do try to keep any delays down to a minimum, I must allow for them as I really am at the mercy of my printers. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Returns

If, for any reason, you are not happy with the item(s) you recieve then Dark Bunny Tees will exhange or refund any UNWORN & UNWASHED items.

A recorded delivery service is recommended when returning items as no responsibility will be held for the loss of items during delivery.

Postal costs for returning items will only be compensated for if Dark Bunny Tees is at fault initially and the wrong item was sent.

Any refunds or postal refunds required will be made once the returned item has been received. Refunds for merchandise will be made via PayPal & postal costs will be refunded by cheque.
